An exhibition of new work from a three year collaboration between artists Judith Alder and Clare Whistler. The Visitor series has developed through visits to Bunce’s Barn in the Sussex Weald, an ancient tithe barn at Great Dixter and the Freud Museum, London. Work originating in those three locations is now brought back to the site of the very first Visitor which was filmed and photographed at the Redoubt Fortress, Eastbourne in 2009. The pair present a series of video installations, pho5tographic works, a collection of limited edition digital prints, live performance and responses to the work by guest writers Seb Doubinsky, Martin Felton, Kay Syrad and Martha Stutchbury with performance by Clare Whistler and Freya Wynn-Jones and libretto by Mark Hewitt.
